Tilapia Recipe
If you've heard about the many
great qualities of tilapia, you're probably more than ready to try it out. From
the health benefits of fish in general to the affordable price of tilapia in
particular, there are plenty of reasons to add our grilled tilapia recipe to
your list of favorites. And because tilapia has a relatively light flavor (think
of the type of fish in fish sticks and you'll get a good approximation), it's
perfect for experimenting with exciting rubs, sauces, and spices. Grilled
tilapia is one of the best preparations, and you may be surprised at how easy it
is, so give our easy recipe a try this week and get ready for a pleasant
surprise.
Grilled Tilapia Recipe
Ingredients:
Tilipia (with smaller fillets, two to three per person is about right)
Butter
Bread Crumbs
Paprika and Cumin
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
1. Mix bread crumbs, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a pie plate.
2. Melt a small amount of butter (enough to coat each fillet) and dip the
tilapia in it.
3. Coat the buttered tilapia in your bread crumb seasoning.
4. Grill the tilapia. (It doesn't take long; about three minutes on each side
should do it.)
Serve this grilled tilapia recipe with:
Green salad
Three bean salad
Fresh fruit
Seasoned mashed potatoes
